Very good location, confortable rooms and staffs very considerate.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff, big and clean bathrooms, large breakfast buffet from which you could eat as much as you want, convenient location close to Zoologischen Garten where lots of train and bus lines go by, Savignyplatz is full of restaurants.

If the rooms had a wider screen tv, it would be better.

Hotel Heidelberg is a great place to stay. We spent 2 nights in Berlin and it was such a great stay. The Hotel is in a good position, very close to subway, shops and restaurant. The room I stayed in (comfort double room) was huge, very bright, very comfortable bed and also had big couch and a balcony. The room and the bathroom were really clean. The staff at the hotel was super kind to us. I'll definitely come back here for my next trip to Berlin. 100% recomended!

The hotel is good enough, especialy for this money. Room is big enough and clean. Location of the hotel is good, silent street full with restaraunts, etc. I recomend anybody to stay in this hotel who is limited with money, but at the same time would like to stay in good place beside Kudamm.

Central location. Quiet. Excellent beds. Pleasant hotel staff. Breakfast available on leaving the hotel in the early hours.

Room lighting was inadequate for reading easily. TV-set was old and had a very small screen.

FANTASTIC location, 5 minutes walk to; s bahn station, main shopping street, zoo etc. 15 Minute taxi ride to Tegl airport. 24 hour reception, lovely staff, great breakfast. Comfortable bed - highly recommend

Although it is in quite a quite area, ask for a room at the front as there are several recycling bins out the back that restaurants tip bottles into at all hours of the day and night

I liked basically everything. The hotel has a very good location. First of all it has a very good connection with S-Bahn and U-Bahn (Savigny Platz and Ernst-Reuter Platz) - thus it was easy to reach several parks, museums, libraries, universities. Besides that there are numerous nice restaurants and shops (books, clothes, anitquities) nearby. Since it is away from a bigger highway, it is pleasantly silent throughout the day and night. The room was perfect and comfortably furnished. I really enjoyed having my little balcony, double-bed and private bathroom with a bath. And the staff was always smiling and very helpful. They made my stay even more pleasant.

Only thing that disturbed my a little bit, was the elevator. It was a bit loud, but once you get used to it, it is fine. Since my room was located just next to it, I heard it frequently, but I guess in more distant rooms, one cannot really hear it that much.

The price is perfect regarding the comfort and geo-localisation. Staff very kind and in disposition to help if you need it. Next to U-ban, room in very good and clean consitions. Next tie I will go to Berlin I will go bac to this hotel ! 9/10.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room and dining, outdoor relaxing areas. Access to good restaurants, shopping, palaces, parks and gardens. Great walks through gardens into the city and a palace nearby into the bargain!

Very good, very reasonably priced Hotel in a very upmarket area of Berlin. The access to the S-Bahn at Savignyplatz is only a few minutes walk away, and this Station is only four stops from the HauptBahnhof. The area is full of Cafes, Restuarants and major shopping areas are nearby. The Hotel room was basic, but was clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

The one thing i found annoying, which would only be a problem in the Summer months, was the blinds did not keep out the early morning light sufficiently to prevent one from being woken at 5am. Maybe i found that more of an issue as i was on the 6th floor, or am just a light sleeper?

Very nice staff, clean rooms and OK breakfast. Good value for money - and the location is right smack in the middle of Charlottenburg very close go Savigny Platz with nice restaurants and a relaxed environment.

The free wi-fi only works in the reception/restaurant area.
